Zio Al’s was founded in 2010 by Alex Frijat, a former pizza driver who turned a passion for real food into a fast-growing brand. He started with one store, one oven, and a mission: serve high-quality food, made from scratch, and keep the doors open later than anyone else.

More than a decade later, Zio Al’s is now a trusted name across DFW, with 10 locations, a loyal following, and big plans to keep expanding in Texas.
